Interior Painting in Naples
Living rooms, bedrooms, ceilings, trim, doors and closets, painted in an occupied house without turning it upside down.
Furniture gets moved to the center and covered, floors get papered and taped, and switch plates come off rather than getting cut around. Walls are patched and sanded before anything is rolled. Cut lines at the ceiling and trim are done by hand, not with tape alone, which is why they stay sharp when the light hits them.
- Walls, ceilings, baseboard, casing and crown
- Interior doors, closets and built-ins
- Patching, sanding and spot priming included
- Vaulted and two-story stairwell walls
- Mildew resistant products for baths and laundry
- Color consultation and sample boards
Exterior House Painting Across Collier County
Stucco, block, lap siding, soffit, fascia and trim, prepped for the way Southwest Florida actually treats a building.
Sun, salt and afternoon storms will find every gap a painter skipped. So the wash comes first, then scraping and sanding anything that is failing, then patching stucco cracks and caulking every seam and penetration. Bare spots get spot primed before two finish coats go on. Daniel has painted exteriors at 8,000 feet in Vail and on the water in Maui, and the lesson from both is the same: the coating only lasts as long as the prep under it.
- Pressure washing and mildew treatment
- Stucco crack patching and block filling
- Scraping, sanding and rot repair on wood siding
- Full caulking of seams, trim and penetrations
- Soffit, fascia, gutters and garage doors
- Front doors, shutters, railings and lanai cages
Kitchen Cabinet Painting & Refinishing
A sprayed cabinet finish for a fraction of what replacement costs, on the boxes you already have.
Doors and drawer fronts come off and get labeled so every one goes back where it started. Then degreasing, because kitchen grease is what makes most cabinet paint jobs peel, followed by sanding, bonding primer and sprayed finish coats. Boxes and face frames are masked and finished in place. The result is flat and even, with no brush marks and no roller texture.
- Kitchen and bath cabinets, islands and vanities
- Doors removed, labeled, degreased and sprayed
- Bonding primer over factory finishes and oak grain
- Built-ins, bookcases and laundry cabinetry
- Two-tone islands and accent color work
- Hardware removed and reinstalled, or upgraded
Commercial Painting in Naples and Marco Island
Offices, restaurants, storefronts, apartment exteriors, stairwells and steel, scheduled around the hours you are open.
Commercial work lives and dies on staging. Daniel has repainted a full municipal station inside and out, a working restaurant dining room between services, and multi-story exterior stairs and railings while tenants used them. That means sections get masked, coated and reopened in sequence, not all torn up at once. Direct-to-metal coatings go on railings, handrails and door frames.
- Retail, office, restaurant and hospitality interiors
- Apartment, condo and HOA building exteriors
- Stairwells, breezeways and corridors
- Direct-to-metal on railings, stairs and door frames
- Bollards, curbing and overhead door frames
- After hours and weekend scheduling
Drywall Repair, Texture Matching & Wallpaper Removal
The work that has to happen before paint, handled by the same person who is going to paint it.
Cracks, nail pops, corner bead damage, water stains and anchor holes get cut out, filled, taped and sanded flush. Texture is matched to what is already on the wall so a patch does not read as a patch under afternoon light. Wallpaper comes off wet, the adhesive gets washed out, and the wall is sealed before primer. Skipping that last step is why so many painted-over wallpaper jobs bubble a year later.
- Drywall patching, taping and finishing
- Knockdown, orange peel and hand texture matching
- Water stain sealing and stain-blocking primer
- Wallpaper and border removal, adhesive washing
- Popcorn ceiling removal and refinishing
- Caulking, trim repair and wood filling
