Daniel Deo Rio
Daniel learned to paint in Maui, working for his father's painting company. His father taught him one thing above everything else, and it still runs the business: flawless prep work and honest service are the foundation of every great job.
He spent the next two decades sharpening that in three of the most demanding markets in the country. Maui taught him coastal finishes, where salt air and humidity punish anything applied over a shortcut. Napa taught him luxury estate painting, where a line between wall and trim either reads razor sharp or it reads wrong. Vail taught him high altitude exterior work, operating boom lifts and running ladders on steep mountain grades in weather that gives you a narrow window to get it right.
Family brought the Rios to Southwest Florida, and Daniel brought all three of those educations with him. Today he paints homes and businesses across Naples and Collier County, and he is the one on site doing the work. You will not meet him at the estimate and then never see him again.

A walkthrough, in person
Daniel comes out and looks at the actual surfaces. Wall condition, stucco cracks, failing caulk, the things that change the number.

A written estimate
Line by line, listing what is included and what is not. If something should be repaired before paint, it is on there, not discovered later.

Prep before color
Washing, scraping, patching, caulking, masking and priming. The largest share of the hours on any Sun Up job goes here.

A walk at the end
You walk the job with Daniel before it is called done. Anything that needs another pass gets another pass.
